Okay, the third day of Downsizing For Life went pretty well. The part about being at work that facilitated my efforts on Tuesday worked just as well today. I stuck to six small meals (two of which were low-fat yogurt) and did pretty well. I did cheat a little and had six cashews somewhere between meal three and four, but since I worked today and ran this evening I wasn't too worried about it.
The highlight of my healthy day today was the three mile run with my wife on a nice trail in Fullerton, followed by a nice dinner salad featuring romaine, tomato, chicken breast, and egg. Tomorrow is Friday and we usually celebrate the week by going out to Claim Jumper for cheap appetizers during Happy Hour. My first real challenge... what to do??? I weigh in Saturday morning, so I'd better be smart.
The alarm rings in 7 1/2 hours, calling me to my workout, so I'm off to bed. Have a great day!
